The overall service sector employment in total employment is accounted for 58 percent of the population and the engineering consultancy services mainly provide on "business to business (B2B)" or "Business to Government (B2G)" service. Therefore, the engineering consultanting business are highly related with industry material supply such as sand, cement, electrical, machinery, iron and steel and other building materials and also lead to overall economic development in the country. Previous studis on engineering consulting business mainly focus on operation models. This research is to discuss through engineer’s money attitute, view of work values and professional commitment on the impact of job performance. The auther wishes to provide the guildlines for engineering consulting business in building strategy on human resources to maintain competitive advantage. In this study, the engineers Engineering Consulting Services for the survey, a total of 350 questionnaires were distributed with retun of 300 questionnaires and among of them, total 286 questionnaires were used for analysis. The statistical software, SPSS, was applied for doing the statistical analysis. The results show the followng conclusions: (1) engineers’ money attitude and professional commitment are related; (2) engineers’ work value and professional commitment are related; (3) professional commitment and working performance are also highly related; (4) job satisfaction has some influence on professional commitment and working performance; and (5) professional commitment does have a mediating effect to the money attitute, working value and working performance. Based on the above findings, this study makes the following specific recommendations: (1) The company should establish competitive salary management system; (2) To establish engineering community with focus on the intrinsic value is necessary; (3) The company should create self-achieved working environment; (4) The company should strengthen job satisfaction in order to enhance the professional commitment and working performance.
