In order to improve competitive advantage, manufactures have to enhance partnership with their suppliers and supplier responsiveness. Many firms use supplier integration to improve the buyer and supplier relationship, and reduce uncertainty. This study focuses on the moderating effect of suppliers bargaining power on the relationship between supplier integration and relationship closeness, as well as supplier responsiveness. A survey was conducted to the electronics and information technology industries in Taiwan. The results show that the moderating effect of supplier’s bargaining power on was strong and significant. Some managerial suggestions are provided following the analysis.
