Recent studies have discussed the consequences of abusive supervisor behavior and focus on this subject specially emphasize on subordinate’s effectiveness, attitude, and psychological distress. But there are few studies to discuss the relationship between abusive supervision and subordinate reaction. Therefore, I want to make up this gap. In addition, perceived supervisor’s power is very important in Chienese organization, this study will test the moderation effect. Self-reported survey technique is used in this study and 383 valid samples are collected from current employees that have direct supervisors of their own and the affiliation is at least three months, but sampling is not limited to specific industry or vocation. This study used the hierarchical regression analysis to test hypotheses. Result findings are as follows: (a) a positive relationship between abusive supervision and neglect behavior. (b) a negative relationship between abusive supervision and vice behavior. (c) perceived supervisor’s power actually could medulate the relationship between abusive supervision and vice behavior. Finally, contributions and limitations are discussed, and suggestions are provided for future studies and managerial practices in Chinese organizations. Tung-Hsuan Wan 萬同軒 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 93 zh-TW
