Since 2005, the Republic of China’s Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Administration has been actively promoting the " Bridging the Digital Divide of SME Project ". By way of the vertical and horizontal integration of the online platform in the tourism industry, a cluster method of joint marketing of local products and specialties can be formed for place marketing purposes. This study involved the industry from the perspective of the tourism industry to join the government, the "Bridging the Digital Divide of SME Project " project, its tourism industry cluster effect the execution site. This study selected cluster site, and according to the site of five product categories, in order to randomly select one from each category of object, for a total of five operators, the use of depth interviews to explore the cluster after network deployment industry to use the current situation and views, and the other also collects the evidence. Conclusion of the study subjects in this study, found that contributions are as follows: (A)Support the Government by key industry to promote the free counseling program and incentives. (B)Education and training programs should consider the ability of different industry sub-class computer training. (C)Of the keyword search to be more careful management to improve website visibility and marketing effectiveness. (D)Of the site after deployment to strengthen management of technical support services and reduce operational difficulties. (E)The computer industry on the industry should be more in-depth understanding of and active listening carefully the industry needs. This research, using research results show, the respondents have the opportunity to express their views on the subject of this study also provides those interested in this topic of research, learning opportunities.
