According to the study results, the study make conclusions and suggestions for educational administrative organizations, elementary school principals, teachers in primary schools and future studies. Literature review and questionnaire survey were applied to this study. The researcher collected related literature to explore the basic theories and contents of teachers’ knowledge sharing and teachers’ teaching efficacy. Data was collected from 485 teachers in 32 elementary schools in Chang hua County, and analyzed by way of average, standard deviation, descriptive statistic, item analysis, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson product-moment correlation, and hierarchical multiple regressions. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1. The level of teachers’ knowledge sharing of elementary school teacher was above average. 2. The level of teachers’ teaching efficacy of elementary school teacher was above average. 3. There were significant differences on the perceptions toward teachers’ knowledge sharing among elementary school teachers with different variables, such as sex, positions and school’s size. 4. There were significant differences on the perceptions toward teachers’ teaching efficacy among elementary school teachers with different variables, such as educational level. 5. There was a positive correlation between knowledge sharing and teaching efficacy of elementary school teachers. 6. Teachers’ teaching efficiency could be predicted by teachers’ knowledge sharing.
