Summary:碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 99 === Customer demands fast-changing currently and environment competitive keenly; make quick response to customer demands is an inevitable element of competition; cope with customer orders are usually decided by previous rule of thumb in practice, without any objective data as a decision-making basis; for enterprises, to obtain customer orders is important, however, only to meet customers’ order requirements certainly ensure a source of profit; since lead time of TFT-LCD is too long, its production processes are also cumbersome and complex, furthermore, generation numbers of glass substrate promotes unceasingly caused the increasing expansion of plants, making the TFT-LCD industry a complex production chain; according to the production structural characteristics of current TFT-LCD industry, to proceed capacity planning. The study in the light of TFT-LCD industry develops a multi-plant production planning with requirements management, inventory promise and production scheduling; firstly, the ―requirements management‖ mode forecasts demands and order requirements as input data, taking into consideration of the limit of product actual size as expected output, the ―inventory promise‖ mode in terms of ―available-to-promise‖ ATP to proceed new order configuration, according to ATP, to judge whether meet customer orders or not, the ―production scheduling‖ mode needs to consider the requirements of key components, the maximum capacity of each plant and the limit of product yield rate and classification rate, to allocate the product requirements to each process each plant for production, through the production planning modes of the study will help material controller to plan TFT-LCD materials purchasing.
