Description
Summary:碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 99 === According to American Management Association’s (AMA) study which pointed out that the managerial level took 20% of their time to handle conflict problems. Yet, most of the managerial level and even the cooperate owner could not pinpoint the sources of conflict; not to mention how to deal with managerial conflicts effectively. Different fields may have different cognitions and interpretations toward conflicts. Furthermore, different scholars may offer different solutions toward conflicts as well. Among them, Dr. Goldratt, who propose the Theory of Constrain (TOC), considered that problems inside in cooperate or organization were presented as a form of conflict. Thus, in order to solve the problem, people have to find out where the conflict is. The “Conflict Cloud” of TOC proposes a win-win solution for both parties, which offer an opportunity for them to discuss common goal, cause of conflict, the assumption of conflict, etc. In a rational way, then generate a win-win solution. But, there are two difficulties when using conflict cloud. First, it is difficult to establish a correct and logical conflict cloud. Second, the conflict cloud could not present their real intentions of problems. When conflict cloud generated under the above situations can not solve any real conflict. Thus, how to acquire conflict-related information, how to develop an appropriative conflict cloud to match its scenario, and whether the information is correct or not; all these are the basic demands of solving conflict. This study propose a structure and process to verify conflict cloud, which allow user to follow this procedure to develop a fact-matching, correct and logical conflict cloud in order to establish a conflict-solving foundation.
