Description
Summary:碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 99 === To comply with the trend of international economics and trade development andcultivate professionals with expertise are essential for the goal to an exporting and importing driven countries. This study addresses how computer-aided instruction to be applied in the international trade practice curriculum and investigate academic students’ perception of preference and critical factors using a blending learning approach. Research methods combined with the Fishbone Diagram and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the key success factors for academic instructors in improving their instruction strategies. First, we implemented Fishbone Diagram to identify influence factors from teaching and learning effectiveness and related literature review. Accordingly, we explored the priority of students’ preference perception in establishing a hierarchy framework including four dimensions, nine criterion, and twenty-seven factors. Second, through the AHP weighted computation and analysis, then extracted ten key success factors which listed as Individual Learning Attitude, Simulation Practice, Learning Motivation, Industry Visits and Experience, Self-monitoring and Self-management, Encourage Students Activities Participation, Curriculum Adaptation, Keynote Speech, and Characteristics of Learning Styles respectively. Finally, to examine with the effectiveness of blended learning and conduct the assessment and empirical analysis, it’s mainly through two kinds of tests, that is, International Trade Class C Technician Skill Certificate Test and International Trade Certification Examination. The study shows that learners’ pass rate through two tests is a little higher than normal pass rate, thus, applied Computer-Assisted Instruction into teaching instruction/skills training of international trade practice course demonstrated a better advantage in teaching practice. And research findings expected to provide the educators for understanding or monitoring students’ learning progress to enhance students’ achievement.
