Many companies develop small-scale wind and Photovoltaic power generation system, applications in the home to create a green home, performance analysis and security test is very important. This thesis through a designed LabVIEW-based interface to the Modbus communication transmission and DAQ card monitoring program, analysis and comparison in the actual wind conditions, the actual field measurements of wind speed, wind direction, voltage, current, power, frequency and output waveform, in this way, the function of the wind turbine generator including the actual generation power and the energy conversion efficiency can also be evaluated. This can help to redesign the wind turbine, MPPT charger, battery charger, so as to improve the efficiency. Also acquisition solar power system data to evaluate the efficiency of solar PV inverter, the product test under in the actual site, record the output waveform, are the same with the Photovoltaic power system specifications, This can help to redesign the PV inverter so as to improve the efficiency.
