This study adopted Delphi Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct indicators and weights system of director’s knowledge leadership for the preschools. According to the conclusions of this study, some suggestions were provided. The purposes of this study were as follows:1. To construct indicators of director’s knowledge leadership for the preschools.2. To construct indicators weights system of director’s knowledge leadership for the preschools.3. According to the conclusions of this study, some suggestions were provided for preschool directors for their leadership promotion and further research were proposed in this study. To achieve the purposes, literature review, Delphi Method, and Analytic Hierarchy Process were adopted in the study. First, relevant evaluation criteria were summarized and arranged based on literature review. Second, the Delphi Method was used to construct indicators of director’s knowledge leadership for the preschools. It was developed the weights system based on the previous results. By using the pairwise comparison of AHP, the relative weight system was obtained. The indicators of this study contained 5 items of indicators in the first level, 14 items of indicators in the second level, and 31 items of indicators in the third level. The weight and rank were as follow: The first-level indicators and weights were as follow: “learning-orientation leadership”(24.2%). ”culture and environment supporting”(16.0%). ” exemplary leadership”(22.6%). ” integration of knowledge resources and management strategies”(21.3%). “effectivensss, sharing and innovation”(15.8%). The second-level indicators and weights were as follow:“creating learning systems and norms”(11.1%).”organizational development and direction”(9.1%). “to encouraging and supporting members to learn”( 8.6%).”Creating a supportive learning environment and atmosphere”(6.1%).”creating a trusted environment”(7.3%).”shaping organizational culture”(3.9%).”playing the role of paragon”(2.6%).”enriching the professional competence of leadership(8.3%). ”demonstrating knowledge innovation and breakthrough”(10.3%)”knowledge management”(4.9%). ”knowledge integration”(9.7%). ”staff sharing and cooperation”(7.1%).”assessing the effectiveness(3.5%). ”innovative action”(7.3%).
