For the reasons, a lot fishing port (fishing villages) try hard to reform to create the vitality. The rein to developing of tourism leisure fishery is main transition aspect. How to transformation? The development of fishery is the main research direction but the effect is not good. For the above reason, of this paper as a basis for the Multiple-cases study. This research collects many secondary data, applied field study and then by in-depth interview to proceed, Through SWOT and content analysis, Regeneration strategy for fisheries development to identify, And construction a leisure fishery to transformation the transition process.
