The results of this research includes readers of research discovery, reader books-pass-and-reading service satisfaction higher parts: to cross by Hall, but also the convenience of the book, waiting to take the book time, reduction of library distance, take notice of electronic books, network advances of, book ratio.
According to the conclusion, recommendations include:
I、book reading Hironobu pass and marketing planning should be carefully assessed to facilitate reading of the whole city.
II、Tung reading group of the professional division of labor service personnel should be, and regularly organize training education.
III、the use of fees and charges Delivery to let the pass reading library available at home.
