The researcher induces and sorts out the research findings to be concluded as follows: 1. Students of Taichung County Szu Chen Junior High School feel good about the whole school civic education content and implementation effect, “Individual freedom and right” dimension scored the highest marks; “Social group consciousness” dimension scored the lowest marks. 2. The feelings of the female students are much better than the male students in individual freedom and right and moral performance. The feelings of students who have ever held the class position are much better than those who never have for participating in competition, participating in clubs, civic education academic performance, individual freedom and right, and moral performance. Civic education academic performance of students who have ever held the group position is higher than those who never have. Different tribal groups have apparent difference on the civic education academic performance and the whole school civic education implementation effect; the feelings of Mainlander students are much better than native Minnan nationality students and aboriginal students in civic education academic performance. The native Hakkas students feel more obvious than the native Minnan students in the whole school civic education implementation effect. Students of different social status don’t have apparent differences on the consciousness of the whole school civic education content and implementation effect. Students of low social status feel much stronger in teachers’ manner than those of middle-class status. Sports groups feel stronger in participating in clubs than academic groups. Students of lower grades feel stronger in civic education content and civic education academic performance than higher -grade students, but they don’t have apparent difference on individual freedom and right. 3. The whole school civic education content and civic education implementation effect have high correlation. 4. Based on this study,some concrete suggestions referred to family, school teachers, school administration and related education organizations are proposed as follows: 5.
