The system is based on NI's LabVIEW software and DAQ data acquisition card for the data capture and measurement of the circuit control board. The main purpose of this study uses the man-machine interface through LabVIEW and the designed circuits to conduct the energy conversion so to reduce voltage, current, frequency and other parameters. Through the data acquisition card and LabVIEW software, the analysis of measured data is conducted to let users know the status of the measured circuit boards, and make the necessary parameter adjustment.Parameters used in this study are Voltage, Current , Pulse Width, and Frequency. The measurement flow can be divided into sampling, analysis, and data storage. Based on analysis results, it can be determined whether the control circuit board functions normally or not. By using computers, DAQ cards, and LabVIEW programming, the modulation test voltage is output to the control board for functional testing, and the key signals on the control panel are read as the basis to judge if the circuit board is good or bad.
