The medical ethics and the medical education become the hot topic of discussion. “Regards get sick still kisses” often explains is “treats patient to relate” the criterion. Although doctor the population climbs year after year, but in the researcher himself in the actual Medical establishment work experience, each big healing institute still had the manpower short phenomenon in recent years. This creates the medicine and the patient jumps over a more serious puzzle. Therefore, this research plans take the personality characteristic, the medical practice manner, the society to exchange, the specialized ethics cognition, the specialists subjective standard, the professional service contact behavior intention and patients’ degree of satisfaction as the research variable, discusses its relevance. According to the above research goal, the parent substance for by “ six teaching level hospital” extracts stochastically the healing institute, and accepts patient of achievement the medical specialty of medical officers by this type healing institute to receive measures the object, the implementation pair questionnaire provide. The questionnaire and accepts this medical officers by the medical service jobholders the patient to fill in together, total sends out questionnaire 300, actual effective recycling sample total 249, account for the proportion is 83%. This research carries on the research real diagnosis by the linear structure equation pattern, confirmation of result according to this research statistical analysis, under the induction: First, personality of special characteristic to the medical practice manner, the specialists subjective standard is being related the influence. Second, social exchanges the behavior to the medical practice manner, the specialists’ subjective standard is being related the influence. Third, specialty of ethics cognition the Medical establishment specialists’ presents to the professional service contact behavior intention to patients’ degree of satisfaction is related.
