Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 政治經濟學研究所 === 98 === This study has employed the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to establish a model of service behavior of scout troop in junior high school. The results indicate that human behavior is effected by behavioral intention (BI) in the framewoek of TPB. And BI is also effected by three constructs, which are attitude toward the behavior (AT), subject norm (SN), and perceived behavioral control (PBC). The researcher first deconstructs AT as egoism (EGO), altruism (ALT), and social obligation (SO); SN as primary group (PG) and secondary group (SG); PBC as self-efficacy (SE) and perceived facilitation (PF). Multi-stage sampling method is used to select scout troop students in junior high schools around Taiwan as research samples. After collecting 422 valid questionnaire , and analyzing the data by SPSS 17.0 and Amos 16.0, the research results show the index of goodness of fit of the scout troop students’ service intention model all are better: X2/df=2.03, GFI=0.96, AGFI=0.94, RMSEA=0.05, NFI=0.96, IFI=0.98, CFI=0.98, RFI=0.95, PNFI=0.70, PGFI=0.59, CN=282. The ten hypotheses in the research significantly positive correlation, and these hypotheses are verified successfully. In the TPB theory of this reaearch, the effect of PBC is the most important element among the three constructs, AT is the second, and SN is the last one. PF is higher signifcant than SE in PBC construct. ALT factor is higher effect than EGO factor in AT construct, while SO is the last one. And peer effect is higher influence than teachers and parents effects in SN construct, while the media has less effect. In addition, different grades, participatory duration, and being cadre members also have significant effects on service behavior intention; while gender, birth order and family type are not notably related to the service behavior intention.
