Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 輔導與諮商研究所 === 98 === Abstract The purpose of this research is to understand senior counselors’ views of and attitude towards counseling relationships, the learning experiences of counseling relationships, and the impacts and reflections of the learning experiences on interpersonal relationship. The Study uses the whole–content Orientation of Narrative research of qualitative research. In-depth interviews are conducted to understand stories of three counselors. The focus is on the display of counselors’ life stories, demonstrating the understanding of the overall meaning of stories. The results show the individual story of three counselors, in conjunction with description of the stories based on research objectives. Finally, echoing the research questions, overall discussions with counselors are carried out. This study suggests that counselors agree the importance of the impact of counseling relationships on counseling effectiveness. Counselors also indicate the diverse methods and sources of learning experiences of counseling relationships, as well as counselors’ positive influence on others’ attitude brought by the learning of counseling relationships. Base on the result of this research, suggestions are proposed to counselors, learners of counseling relations, counseling education and its institutions, and future researches.
