Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班資訊管理組 === 98 === In recent years, Taiwan has gradually budding field of semiconductor technology, the robust foundry system will become the cornerstone of future competition. However, the semiconductor industry has long been committed to a greater number of transistors in a very small chip area. In 1965, Intel co-founder Moore predicted that the future of every year, the same area of the chip can be integrated to double the number of transistors, which is later generations called "Moore's Law". The rapid evolution as the technology is now beginning to face the problem of physical limits; the future of Taiwan can continue to follow the plot continues to grow each year the issue has gradually emerged. Ecological changes in the industry, more and more intense global competition, as well as downstream products with short life cycles and rapid changes in demand condition, the semiconductor industry must grasp market trends and respond quickly and effectively to improve the past industries, products and market concentration situation. This paper attempts by management master Porter's Five Forces Analysis and SWOT analysis, a comprehensive review of the financial tsunami, the foundry industry before and after the competition strategy review, and make the company more competitive and sustainable survival and the future of industry investment decisions and company policy to do with the actual one be confirmed.
