It is very much important for Taiwan enterprises to catch up the chance to develop the niche market of energy industry, implement the globalization corporations and create the new field for Taiwan green energy industry. This research takes this trend of the DELTA company with the green energy effect, it makes the globalization and strategic management planning, and using the PEST and the Delphi Method to recognize the key factors for the globalization management. With the analysis of the industry trend and the globalization advantages of the case company, this research concludes with suggestion for future development. With the view of enterprise undergoing international investments and planning, the research studies the key globalization strategies for Taiwan green energy industry. By defining six major factors, Political, Economic, Law, Social culture, Technologic environment, infrastructures and natural resources, the inquisition questionnaire is designed according to the industry characteristic and the current conditions. Through interview of the senior and experienced top executives in the Taiwan enterprises and reference to the data of collection, the research finds some conclusions. Based on the studies, the top 3 key factors for globalization are Policy, Law and Technologic environment. The case company emphasizes the green technology development, strategic alliance with key components suppliers and globalization planning. Fossil fuels pricing up since 2006, the case company has become the best green group in the Taiwan stock market. To strictly execute the new policy of “ Green is Money”, it can be the standard reference for Taiwan enterprises to make the globalization and strategic planning in “Green Energy Industry and Business”.
