It is important to emphasize not only the quality of their profession but also their mental health. An employee with healthy psychology can perform his/her ability better. The global economy is shifting from manufacturing oriented to service-providing oriented. In tradition, female workers generally retrieve the unfair working condition. However in the new economy model, female workers get the more competitive advantage than the male ones. On the other hand, globalization is the trend of business, expatriate has become an important issue. This research indicates that positive psychological capital and social capital is positive related to the working and life satisfaction. And there is no significant different between the local workers and the expatriates. In the aspect of psychological capital, female workers` working satisfaction is positively related to the self-efficacy, self-esteem and optimistic.
