This thesis adopts WebAccess, PLC, mechatronics module and IP-CAM to establish a set of system that connects to WebAccess and working platform through remote computers in order to gain Access to the working conditions of the platform as well as the function of PLC. The simultaneous video of the working scene through IP-CAM provides the real situation of the mechatronics module and systematic platform as references for the judgment and comparison of workers monitoring from distance. This thesis adopts WebAccess as platform for constructing remote monitoring and control system, and connects to IP-CAM and PLC. The video of IP-CAM, I/O control points and register of PLC are integrated into the graphical monitoring interface of WebAccess, and the information of actual working scene and platform working condition are simultaneously provided.
