Questionnaire survey was adopted as the main research method. The subjects were elementary school teachers in Changhua County, and the main research tool was “Questionnaire of Influencing Factors of the Creative Teaching for Elementary School Teachers”. A total of 585 subjects were distributed, and 555 returned were valid. The valid response rate was 94.87%. The research results were statistically analyzed with the mean value, standard deviation, and t-test, dependent-sample one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and the multiple regression analysis. According to the research results, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. Elementary school teachers hold positive performance toward creative teaching, and no difference is observed on subjects with different background factors. 2. Elementary school teacher's intrinsic motivation of teaching and internal factors and external factors of school is correlated with performance toward creative teaching. 3. Elementary school teacher's intrinsic motivation of teaching provides most predictability for the performance toward creating teaching.
