According to literature review, adopting Delphi technique and inviting 12 scholars and experts to discuss. Through the interview of experts and three times of Delphi technique, and relevant finance education data analysis, common views from experts and scholars for " A Study on the Material of Financial Education for Junior High School Students：seven dimensions and Thirty-four topics including personal financial responsibility and decision making, income , money management and plan, credit and debt, risk management and insurance, basic financial knowledge, and the financial tools else. We hope that the results can be helpful for the education authorities, administrative units,educators.
