| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 企業管理學系國際企業經營管理 === 98 === Bureau of National Health Insurance implemented the Global budget payment system to solve the financial problems in 2004. This policies focus on cost and quality of care. According to Bureau of National Health Insurance survey in 2007, there are too much waste in our Prescription drugs. The reason is repetition of medication and it cause medication error.
In order to protect our patients’ rights, the Show-Chwan Memorial Hospital innovate their process to help patients take their medicine. Our study is based on pharmacists’ view to investigate the traditional process and innovation process. We will compare with traditional and innovation processes that can let us understand their Performance.
In our study, we analysis with MANOVA to compare two process in our four construct, the construct about cost, quality of care, hospital impression and the cost for National Health Insurance and our result show us, the innovation process is worth to promotion !
