However, the domestic pharmacy environment, medical service, and social environment different from other countries. Now the community care service is important in the world, the pharmacist play the role not only selling drugs but also taking care the people, and the community pharmacy will be source that offering about health information. The main of the community pharmacy accreditation is to ensure service quality of pharmaceutical care service. But now in Taiwan we don’t have community pharmacy accreditation indicator which can evaluate it. Therefore, this article uses AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), and by four frameworks “service management”, “goods management”, “the site planning”, and “community services”. In the middle of four framework, the “service management” influence deeply. The research outcome indicate that “specialized pharmacist and traning”, “logistical and storage environmental management” and “prescription drugs” stand on top 3 positions of hierarchy weight priority.
