In the first part, the main point is focused on the effect of dissolvent which influences the transmission of electricity coming from the Poly (3-hexylthiophe)-based organic thin film transistors. First of all, we dissolve P3HT into different thickness of Xylene and Toluene, try to make the comparison and calculation between these two sorts of dissolvent based on those items as fellow: the mobility of thin film transistors, on/off ratio, S.S and VT.. Afterwards, according to the result of experiments, the data of ID-VG and ID-VD reveal that both under the same prerequisite such as cannel length/witch ratio, the effect of Xylene is better than Tolueue; mobility 7.03x10-4 , Ion/off ratio 6.9x103 . On the other hand, we notice the impact of enforcing Drain voltage toward cannel, and get the result that the boiling point of dissolvent which may high or low will affect the dissolution of P3HT. Therefore, we also address the modification for the theories, hope can help other researchers. In the second part, it was mentioned about “Head-up display systems ”(HUD), we discuss how to utilise simple electronic parts creating electric design for “Head-up display systems ”(HUD) used by vehicles. Electricity provided by EV board not only stable the operation of the whole system, but also output the energy which was needed by backlight. In addition, the whole HUD electronic system own the function of decode and memory, which link to the interior computers of vehicles and can be the signal resources for calculation as well. Furthermore, we can store information in the clips and start the inner calculating function. Eventually, we can make the verification through 2.4 inch LCD panel installed on the Electrical board , demonstrating the input pictures directly. Meanwhile, it combines the images of optic lens and consistency of hardware outlines, producing to more convenience, standardized and humane HUD in the future. keyword: mobility、 Ion/off ratio、 S.S.、 VT、 Xylene、 Toluene 、Head-up display system.
