But in the real business into the case and found effective as was hoped to explore the reasons can be categorized as ill-prepared to import front, and the ERP system function can not process integration within the enterprise, the actual occurrence of this study was to explore business process management (BPM) Import whether to upgrade and increase the chances of a successful ERP benefits play a key intermediary results.
In this study, the manufacturing sector for the 1000 national study conducted telephone interviews, telephone interviews to answer the questionnaire 284, response rate 28.4%, of which 243 valid questionnaires were effective response rate was 85.6%, which were subject to years of service measured more than 5 years of IT professional managers of the majority, and the surveyed enterprises in the electronic component manufacturing industry accounted for majority.
The basis of this study returned questionnaires to explore: ERP import events, BPM, and the correlation between the ERP benefits, verification of the assumption made in this paper: ERP import activities and BPM have a significant positive relationship, ERP and the ERP benefits into the activities of a significant Positive relationship as well as the effectiveness of BPM and ERP were significantly positive relationship. At the same time, this study also verified the BPM with the right ERP into the relationship between the activities of an intermediary effect of ERP benefits.
