碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 資源管理及決策研究所 === 98 === ABSTRACT The investigators of the R.O.C. army, as the unit’s security consultants, detect the potential unsafe and handle accidents with honor. As the selection of investigators of the R.O.C. army rely on the officers’ judgment, a systematic selection method for the investigators of the R.O.C. army is needed. AHP is applied to come out systematic selection method for the investigators of the R.O.C. army in this research. Firstly, by way of literatures review and expert survey to come out the criteria for the selection of the investigators of the R.O.C. army. Then the criteria hierarchy is constructed. By way of post verification, the selection mechanism for the selection of the investigators of the R.O.C. army is an appropriate method. Moreover, it can have the officers select appropriate investigators for the R.O.C. army. The proposed criteria for the selection of the investigators of the R.O.C. army comprise three facets （personal traits, Basic capability and social background） and 21 items. As the highest weight for well being is 0.174, the ideal investigators of the R.O.C. army should behave well.
