Supply Depot of R.O.C. Army Combined Logistics Command is distributed all around Taiwan, They supplys army provisions, coverlets and clothes to other battalion in peacetime while they has to create a supply depot at tactics location during the war time. The performance evaluation of Supply Depot of R.O.C. Army Combined Logistics Command is executed twice time a year to check if they obey the supply rules; thus, it needs a good performance evaluation method to evaluate Supply Depot of R.O.C. Army Combined Logistics Command. Because of the multi-inputs and multi-outputs of Logistic Supply Depot of R.O.C Army Combined Logistics Command, this research uses the “Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA” which deals with multi-inputs and multi-outputs to evaluate the logistic supply depot in the north of Taiwan. This research uses 6 monthly performance variables (3 inputs and 3 outputs) collected from control room in supply depot from Jan. 2008 to Jun. 2009. Firstly, this research evaluates the supply depot with CCR model and BCC model, then rank of position in a name list, secondly, this research evaluates cross efficiency for each supply depot in the north of Taiwan. Finally, this research calculates Malmquist Productivity Index for each supply depot in the north of Taiwan. Finally, suggestions are provided to the manager how to distribute the resource in supply depot. According to the CCR analysis, 20 units are efficiency while 70 units are inefficiency. According to the BCC analysis, 27 units are efficiency while 63 units are inefficiency. It shows that there is a phenomenon of scale efficiency between units. The results of cross efficiency shows that first rank is unit 9702 of depot A while the last rank is unit 9804 of C depot. The Malmquist Productivity Index shows that the first six months of year 98 is worse then year 97, it means that the manager must reducing the operating scale and the input resources, so as to tincrease the productivity. 劉基全 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 125 zh-TW
