Organizational innovation comes from individual creativity, however the performance of individual creativity will be affected by their perception of psychological safety. Therefore, this study investigates the interpersonal relationship of organization and exploring the moderate effects of personality trait and uncertainty task, drawing the viewpoint from social exchange theory and interpersonal relationship. When the interpersonal relationship tend to stable, individual gain perception of psychological safety, based on principle of reciprocity and trust, then improved individual innovative behavior. The military officers were selected as target sample and analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS software. In the 307 effective responses, empirical results show that social support, locus of control, uncertainty task have positive effects on psychological safety and innovation behavior. Based on results generated, there are some implications and suggestions will be offered for practices.
