In this study, domestic firms as the research object, the executives and subordinates of the survey for the match and then be analyzed, a total of 228 valid questionnaires, aimed to explore the three different types of impression management tactics (in charge of the center, self- center ,to work as the center) on the performance evaluation of the impact and leader-member relationship quality as an intermediary under the above in order to understand their impression management tactics and performance evaluation tools among these variables are intermediary results. The results showed that self-centered of impression management tactics on performance evaluation has a significant positive impact; to work as the center of the impression management tactics on performance evaluation not only a significant positive effect on relationship quality and up and down as part of intermediary between the two ; to head for the center of impression management tactics on performance evaluation is not up and down relationship with the quality of influence but which played a full mediating effect. Apart from this study contribute to fields of this accumulation of knowledge, the more management practices can be used as reference.
