Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 運籌管理學系 === 98 === This study employed a method of questionnaire to examine the relationship between job characteristics (priority and resource requirement) and job-family conflict, and organizational members’ personalities, namely A-type personality and internal locus of control, were considered as the moderators. The samples were from the staff of Air Force Command Headquarter. A total of 352 usable questionnaires were analyzed, and some conclusions are obtained as the followings. 1. Tasks requiring higher priority and higher resource requirement result in more work-family conflict. 2. A stronger A-type personality could weaken the influence of task priority on work-family conflict. 3. A stronger internal locus of control could weaken the influence of task requiring resource requirement on work-family conflict.
