Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 人資處美勞教學碩士班 === 98 === Abstract Determined the Strategic Factors in Curriculum Design for Community-based Art Education The purpose of this study is through the thinking model of strategic design to construct the strategic factors in curriculum design for “community-based art education”. The mainly approach in this study is the Delphi Technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). First, it was set out to establish the theoretical basis and concept framework of the study by exploring related literatures. Then three Delphi questionnaire surveys among 21 experts were used to determine the strategic factors and the hierarchy of the “curriculum design for community-base art education”. Finally, it was conducted by another AHP relative weight questionnaire survey to establish a weight system, and in turn to put forward an evaluation of the prior considerations regarding curriculum design, which can be very useful to community-based art education curriculum designers. According to the study practice, three results were concluded: 1. It determined the strategic factors in and hierarchy framework of “curriculum design for community-based art education”. 2. The “Delphi questionnaire” constructed the pertinence of the strategic factors in “curriculum design for community-based art education”. 3. The “AHP relative weight questionnaire” constructed the first and the second-level weight system of the strategic factors in “curriculum design for community-based art education”. Finally, the researchers provided recommendations for how to use the strategic factors and hierarchy framework of “curriculum design for community-based art education” and the future research, it can lead to four conclusions: 1. Utilization of the strategic factors and the hierarchy of the “curriculum design for community-base art education” , should start the framework from the first-level, assists by the weight value to draw up the strategy first to consider the order. 2. Recommendations for the future research of Delphi Technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process implementation. 3. Recommendations for the future research of the new thinking of strategically planning in curriculum design 4. Recommendations for the future research of Delphi Technique implementation provide specific and feasible new model of curriculum design.
