| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 藝術教育與創作碩士班 === 98 === Tree is the posture of a person, Travel is a process of moving, and memory is the way of gathering.
This thesis will include a series of art works I made during graduate period from 2006~2009, which begins with a strong and exuberant tree in my childhood memories. The tree arouses a lot of memories and attraction in childhood. I felt like I transformed into the tree after more emotions and thoughts filled in, and I can face the nature independently and alone by observing its shape. Furthermore, the thesis also expressed my personal thoughts which are extended by images and imaginations through exploring new subjects in my trips.All of these memories became the energy and inspiration of my art creations. Therefore, it somehow became a way to store my memories.
Art creations will also exploring the symbols of my life, basing on the art style to present its special value. In this research, I tried to connect my living experiences, the symbols of trees, and traveling memories and images with the flow of my reflections by artistic creations which are like autobiography. This thesis collects every piece of my creations, and is classified into three series of works, “The memories of trees,” “The trips of trees,” “The memories of travelling” by different concepts.
The frame of thesis is tracing back my childhood memories by a tree, and understanding it is precious that I should hold my naive on. Besides, I also integrate different ideas from daily life into my paintings to research living experiences in my mind. Moreover, I make the value of my art creation stand out in this thesis, which is organized as the following manner. First, explores my own value. Second, shows personal forms in my art creation. Third, the process of trees images transform into CD. Forth, think about the possibilities can be developed in the future.
