The purpose of this study is to discuss the service quality on sports lottery website. Using of "operational", "integrity", "reliability", "charging mode", "well-known" and "design" to develop a scale measuring service quality on sports lottery website. And apply the importance- performance analysis (IPA) to find out the status of sport lottery website. Expected the findings can provide website operators in the management of reference.     Conclusions based on the findings: First, the website users are mainly young men who are 20-29 years of age. And the average monthly income is less then 10,000 which due to almost all the student career in test sample.     Second, the "overall service quality" and the "service quality dimensions" have a significant effect, and the "operational", "reliability", and the "design" are the key dimensions of service quality in sports lottery website.     Third, according to the IPA map, the first part to improve is the website user feel difficult to find the information which they need. Most users think the charge is not as their expectation. The operators may consider a lower or more favorable price to attract users. In addition, website operators can use a new pricing method such as "forecast accurate to pay" to reduce the threshold for the use of service, and enhance the consumer to use.
