Whether to have the enough organization pledge? As well as can have leaves job the tendency? This research take criminal police as an example, carries on the research supposition the relational confirmation, this research dominant motive is discusses criminal police''s work degree of satisfaction, the organization to pledge that with leaves job between the tendency relations, expected that may condense criminal police to police authorities'' centripetal force, then achieves the attack crime effectively the goal. This research will work the degree of satisfaction to be divided five construction surface, namely the work itself, the salary welfare, is promoted, the colleague, to subordinate the boss. Will organize to pledge that is divided three construction surface, namely emotionality pledge, long-enduring pledge, moral pledge. This research''s dependant variable to leave job the tendency. This research in view of some county city criminal police''s work degree of satisfaction, the organization pledged that with leaves job construction surface discussions and so on tendency, counts the spss utilization letter analysis, the narrative statistics, the factor analysis, the single variables analysis, t the examination with, the regression analysis, explained represents the writing significance, provides many criminal police''s real idea for the Controlling organization.
