Financial crisis affected the global economic development, From the country development perspective, the economy doesn’t just rely on one single industry such as high-tech or semiconductor. If the country use its local culture and natural resources, to develop national economy, that will not only assist the local industry developed, but also promote social stability and increase employment opportunities. Combining culture and industry characteristics, cultural and creative industries will become national economic
development trends. According to the data of Ministry of Finance show that from 2002 to 2007, cultural and creative industries turnover increased and added value each year. Cultural
and creative industries enable Taiwan to turnfrom manufacturing industrial patterns,into a sense of high design values and modern services which enhance the value and competitiveness of traditional industries.
Minister of Economic Affairs Shih Yen-hsiang said that Taiwan should develop the comparative advantage industries which include the cultural and creative industries to promote Taiwan's economic breakthrough. However, in the cultural and creative industries,
glass industries full of ingenuity and high added value,and you can see glass used everywhere. As modern consumers not only pay attention to product quality, but also concerned about the underlying meaning and identity of goods. The glass handicraft content creators’ spirit and creativity,integrating creative and traditional is not easy.Therefore, it’s a important issue to let a glass employ have good train and require job function.This study
used literature review and expert review method to construct the index questionnaire for glass job function. Study found that necessary talent for a glass job functions including "The
traditional process technology," "marketing management", "Cultural and creative content," and "aesthetic perception", "knowledge of relevant laws," the five dimensions in total.Total 102 valid questionnaires which of the glass job functions for the status of personnel can be some a suggest for the glass education and training, and give glass craft the way of self-check, understanding the advantages and disadvantages of self-work functions, and set
out the future direction of development efforts.
