In the early period of operation, the superior management of warehouse play an important role to tradeoff the cost consideration and service quality. The activity profiling and performance assessment of the warehouse could be the significant factors to achieve the lower warehouse cost and higher service quality.
According to the activity profiling of the three individual warehousing practices in the mass rapid transportation, the research offers the suggestion to improve the process and operation, gives the point of view to design and control of the warehouse.
