We need to know the causative factors and influences by which residents of support for the NIMBY facilities are motivated to become included in various market segments. The primary purpose of this study is to segment and profile the motivations of residends, so as to enable a better understanding of NIMBY behavior. A clustering analysis method identified three distinct segments: high-involvement, medium-involvement, and low –involvement. It also found that each segment has a significant effect were supported by their own dimensions of factors: risk perception, trust, satisfaction feedback. none 陳彥銘 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 95 zh-TW
