碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 運籌管理所 === 98 === In the NIMBY issue, the Residents of support for the NIMBY facilities is beneficial to the operation of factories, which will affect the degree of support the residents are dominated by communication and promotion strategies and techniques. We need to know the causative factors and influences by which residents of support for the NIMBY facilities are motivated to become included in various market segments.The primary purpose of this study is to segment and profile the motivations of residends, so as to enable a better understanding of NIMBY behavior. A clustering analysis method identified three distinct segments: high-involvement, medium-involvement, and low –involvement. It also found that each segment has a significant effect were supported by their own dimensions of factors: risk perception, trust, satisfaction feedback.
