This kind of converter is used generally for digital power control modules to manage power, monitor, and control loops in the communication system, the cell phone, the notebook, 3C products, and industrial equipment industry, etc. Recently, due to the trend of consumption, every kind of electronic products are thin, tiny, efficient and energy-saving. Therefore, small form factor is considered to be the design frame. In order to control the circuit frame to operate stably in the range of the operating temperature, it’s very important to select and use the components carefully during the process of practical operation. In the case of the converter. Moreover, in order to avoid the components burnout and may be mal-functional caused by the fact that the transformer winding problems and the limited voltage/current components were chosen improperly, we have to measure many times by experiences during the experiment process. Besides, we have to pay attention to the result that not every input point can have a stable voltage in a supply voltage range. Therefore, we have to adjust the compensation parameters to the optimal level, and then we can make a high frequency, high stability, and be in line with international energy performance standards circuits.
