Vocational training can not only enhance the self-growth and the self-competitiveness of employees but also improve the quality of manpower in an enterprise. Therefore, many enterprises have put much emphasis on vocational training. Out of this motive, it drives me to do the study. With the method of questionnaire, this study was carried out on the basis of Kirkpatrick’s models, exploring the vocational training evaluation of the employees in Tainan Company. The purpose of the study is to analyze whether employees bearing different backgrounds vary in satisfaction of training implementation, achievements of the courses, and post-training behaviors of the employees. The study tool is “The questionnaire on the vocational training evaluation” which was designed by the researcher. 500 questionnaires were sent out and among them were 391 effective questionnaires. The effective return rate is 78.2%. The data were statistically analyzed through the packaged software of SPSS12.0. The results of data analysis in the study are as follows: 1. The overall performance of the satisfaction of training implementation of employees in Tainan county participating in vocational training was upper medium or higher. The highest score was “the teaching methods”. 2. The overall performance of achievements of the courses, post-training behaviors of employees in Tainan county participating in vocational training was upper medium. The highest score was “working improvement”. 3. Married employees with over fifteen working years who have the motivation to enhance their skills have better performance of satisfaction of training implementation, achievements of the courses, post-training behaviors. 江文鉅 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 160 zh-TW
