Distinguish grain and grain boundary from La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 by using equivalent circuit model simulation and discuss the resistance, reactance, capacitance and relaxation time between grain and grain boundary. Further more, Discuss the scope of the internal magnetic moment ordering changes in the magnetic field. Although the materials used in the signal components through the magnetic resistance change,the capacitance changes significantly In the low field and expect this material can be used as magnetic content of component in the futher.
