The method of this study is questionnaire survey . The subjects were elementary school teachers (including directors, team leaders) in Kaohsiung area. The stratified cluster sampling was used in the methodology to collect the samples. Totally, 955 people are sampled as the testing objective, 736 units of valid questionnaire returned. The analysis of the data was in accordance with average, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation in order to proceed a posterior comparisons. The main finding were as follows: 1.The elementary school teachers with high perception and practice of school administrative ethics show that they value the school administrative ethics very much and mostly can put them into practice. Moreover, the perception and practice are ethics of justice, ethics of care and ethics of critique in sequence. In addition, the elementary school teachers’ practice lower significantly than their perception of school administrative ethics. It shows that the elementary school teachers’ practice of school administrative ethics needs to be improved. 2.The teachers who are female and directors are better on perception of school administrative ethics. 3.The teachers who are female, married, more than 11 years of teaching experiences and directors are more positive on the practice of school administrative ethics. 4.It shows a medium positive correlation between perception and practice of school administrative ethics for elementary school teachers.
