This research was conducted to explore the factors that impact online learning community learners' motivations and behavior intention base on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Organismic Integration Theory (OIT). The research model was empirically validated in a field study on Facebook at a senior vocational school. Data collected from a sample of 139 learners were tested with structural equation models. The results of this research advance our understanding about student motivation of adopting online learning community.
