Based on previous research, this study examined the moderating effects of industrial environment and knowledge transfer mechanism on organizational structure, organizational innovation climate and product innovation performance. The population in the study is the top 5000 firms of Taiwan listed in the China Credit Information Service Incorporation. 500 questionnaires were mailed and the number of valid questionnaires returned was 92. It represents a useable response rate of 18.4%. Then the data from the questionnaires was analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. The empirical results indicate as following: (1) industrial environment has partially moderate effect between organizational structure and product innovation performance; (2) knowledge transfer mechanism has partially moderate effect between organizational structure and product innovation performance; (3) knowledge transfer mechanism has partially moderate effect between organizational innovation climate and product innovation performance. none 廖曜生 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 128 zh-TW
