Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 國際企業所 === 98 === TAF aircraft maintenance and repair unit is made of imitation of US military logistics management structure.However,Taiwan is not an aircraft manufacturer,the development of management policy should suit our cultural goal,organized feature,finical foresee, integrative management platform, reasonable rewardful system and flexible adaptability. In order to achieve above requests, we have to draw our strategy objectives up and implement it thoroughly. Using certain system method to draw whole purpose map and identifying any achievement which product in this period, we can make sure that final outcomes could meet our expectation and that is the purpose of this study. Measuring the value of military does not depend on no-financial acknowledge or spiritual value but on the three core processes of execution: personnel, strategies and the operation process. The competitions of logistics maintenance are different from commercial competitions for business benefits, but they have common characteristic-either themselves or imaginary enemy are their opponents. In terms of Defense logistics organizations, organizational development goals and strategies have different priorities and trends by the type of threat and operational thinking. We should use the exploring ways to construct the balanced scorecard of the Defense organizations. This research is a case study and bases on the balanced scorecard system architecture to build up the organization of strategic themes and strategy maps, then develop the relative goals of the balanced scorecard, measurement, targets and action plans. Finally, establishing the information system sequentially, we can integrate it to a complete logistics management platform.
