The subjects were public elementary school music teachers of Kaohsiung City in the Learning Area of Arts and Humanities. A total of 194 music teachers completed the questionnaire and three music teachers underwent the interview process. They have the ability to implement instructional skills and possess positive attitudes. 2. Music teachers taking multicultural programs can enhance the ability of integration of multicultural programs. 3. Music teachers integrating multicultural viewpoints within music instruction can cultivate students’ cultural perceptions. Finally, the recommendations for the educational administration and follow-up study are suggested.    Yi-Yuan Chen 陳藝苑 學位論文 ; thesis 205 zh-TW
