Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 98 === The study attempts to explore the situation and relationship between the role conflict and job burnout of the part-time administrative teachers in junior High schools in Pingtung County. It includes the situation of the role conflict and job burnout of the part-time administrative teachers, the diversity caused by different background variables in the role conflict and job burnout, the relationship between the role conflict and job burnout, and the predictability toward job burnout from each inmension of role conflict. The research subjects are 414 part-time administrative teachers of public junior high schools in Pingtung County, and the study is achieved through questionnaire. The data is analysed with descriptive statistics、Pearson product-moment correlation、 Stepwise regression. The data analysis yields the following findings: 1.The degree of experience of the part-time administrative teachers toward whole role conflict is below intermediate. 2.The degree of experience of the part-time administrative teachers toward whole job burnout is below intermediate. 3.There are obvious differences in the role conflict of the part-time administrative teachers because of genders, marital status, career ages, school departments, diversities of duty, and the scale of the schools. 4.There are obvious differences in the job burnout of the part-time administrative teachers because of genders, marital status, career ages, school departments, diversities of duty, and the scale of the schools. 5.There is a obvious relationship between the role conflict and job burnout. 6.There is obvious predictability toward job burnout from each inmension of the role conflict. The research induces main conclusion according to these analyses; moreover, it consults the analysis of bibliographies and provides some suggestions which may become reference materials for school departments and part-time administrative teachers.
