In order to serve the research purpose, the instrument was self-designed. There are 354 teachers sampled in Taiwan, Kaohsiung City. Data were analyzed by the method of descriptive and inferential statistics, including t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple stepwise regression. The major results of the study are as follows: 1. The job stress of elementary school teachers is considered as middle level. The major stress comes from professional knowledge. 2. Most teachers in Kaohsiung City have positive attitude in disciplines. 3. There were significant differences in elementary school teachers’ job stress based on educational background, years of teaching, positions and school size. 4. There were significant differences in elementary school teachers’ disciplinary behaviors based on educational background, years of teaching, and positions. 5. The more job stress teachers have, the more positive attitude in disciplines. 6. Teachers’ job stress could be used to predict disciplinary behaviors. The predictable values include relationships, workload, and professional knowledge. According to the results of the research, there are suggestions in Education authorities, school administration, and elementary school teachers.
