How the female teachers in elementary practicing their popular wearing and the body shaping process, through qualitative research methods, choose the seven popular wearing female teachers in elementary as a research participant to teacher training institutions, teacher selection and elementary schools (career) three field-based, understanding of elementary school female teachers in the field dressed in popular practice and the process of shaping the body. View how a patriarchal society and culture through the female teachers dressed in normal physical discipline affect their physical education view, and their body image interpretation and action. The study found that the text passed in the textbook is the single image of a female teacher. Popular wearing female teachers subvert the textbook version of the rigid female teachers wearing image, demonstrating the diversity of dress and reflecting the autonomy of the body. But their bodies are still subject to the disciplinary field in school, so female teachers in the way of practice popular wearing, are a low-key, not sexy to the low-key fashion. Second, the potential courses of the different school fields shape the female teachers’ bodies. Female teachers want to wear the popular practice on campus, mostly based on a collective action. Finally, in elementary school, the body of a female teacher is working, and also viewed by students. Male and female students look at the bodies of female teachers in the gender-based vision. Compared to female students, the female teachers is more anxious about the attention of male students. It shows the domination of the female body in patriarchal society, and also shows that male gaze makes no difference with age. The female teachers based on the protection of the psychological disciplinary the female students’ body and wear.
